Default Another ECU Question

I want to run an OBD-1 ECU in my HX. Could I run a VX ECU in my car with no CEL's and no problems? I know both HX and VX use 5 wire O2 sensors. I'd assume the HX and VX fuel maps and ignition tables would be the same or at least close to the same since both motors are geared towards efficiancy.Reason for the question is I need an ECU that can be chipped/tuned later on down the road

thanks guys!

Yeah, why don't you worry about it then. I'm assuming the JRSC is not going on the D16Y5...

get a P28 and tune from there.

the P07(VX ECU) is generally not an ECU that takes to chipping very well.
There are a few versions that can be chipped but they share the same board as the P28/P06/P05 ECUs. Which means one MCU which means 4-wire O2.
