coilover adjustment

Default coilover adjustment

i got coilovers in stalled on my hatch dont know what kind but the shop that put them in for me didnt make everything even the front is off on both sides and so r the backs how do i i adjust them i tried lifting my car and moving the coil with the tool but the spring just spins

you have to jack up the car then spin the adjuster either up or down. if the spring spins jack up the car more and hold the spring while turning the adjusters. the spring should not be attatched to the adjuster but only sitting on it.

I had coilovers installed on my hatch and I dont know what kind they are, the shop that put them on for me didn't make everything even. The front is off on both sides and so are the backs. How do I adjust them? I tried lifting my car and moving the coil with the tool, but the spring just spins.
