how to find out how much your head was milled

how to find out how much your head was milled
so i bought a head that was ported and polished and the head was milled..... seller wasnt positive on how much it was milled.... how do i find out?

The stock b18a/b head height is 5.195"-5.199" from head gasket surface to valve cover gasket surface.A b18c is 5.589"-5.593".I'm guessing its one of those because you didn't say which engine.
