everythings overpriced for the fgs because theyre still new....and that price is only for the fronts too.

look at the price of other "high-end" brake kits and you'll realize 2k is not that unreasonable.

StopTech, when they get around to it, should have fronts that are round a grand less than the Brembos, if past pricing is any indication. I would also doubt they would offer a rear axle application.

The brakes and ABS seem to work fine on flat smooth surfaces, however the EBDS combined with the ABS seems to extend the braking distance over bumpy surfaces (unlike my old ITR which would just brake the front wheels a bit more and give a slight chirp when doing so over those sewer covers).
Better tires (not the all seasons), and pads would help a bit, but I think the ABS/EBDS would still rear its head over the bumps/sewer covers on my trip home form work. Happens almost every time when I "tease" the brakes at that intersection. :bah:

just get some slotted or drillered rotors with a set of perforance pads and you'll save 2 grand. paint the calipers if you want them to stand out more. My accord I painted the calipers black and then used some templetes to paint "lopez" across them so they looked custom. Who needs brembo when you can get a set of Lopez'.

Steel lines also are subject to premature failure thanks to grit that gets trapped between the ss outer mesh and the inner tubing material. Honda rubber brake lines are plenty stiff to give good response and feel. Bracing the MC is a beter choice, IMO/E.
