The Kumho Ecsta SPT offers great performance for the money. Highly recommended for those who want a summer tire with very good performance (both dry and wet) as well as treadlife.
However, the prices on the Vulcan website you provided seem rather high. For example, in 205/45-16, they sell the SPT for $74 plus shipping. The Tire Rack has the same tire for $67 plus shipping.
