Default Mounting Slicks

I'm having a bitch of a time removing a dead Hoosier from my wheels, and putting the new ones on. Anybody know a trick for this? I am running 20x7x13 Hoosier road race slicks on a 13x6.5 inch formula SAE aluminium wheel (fits a CRX and it's damn light!). I am in a full shop with a tire mounting machine.
There seems to be only one section of the wheel that's thinner for the tire to drop into. I can easily get the top side off when removing them, but then the tire just holds on to the bottom area of the rim.

I have an autocross in the morning (in about 4 hours!), I finally picked up my wheels tonight, and I want to get this **** mounted!

And here's some bling, I have one of them good to go:

Otherwise I'm running on Azenis.

make sure the "drop center" is facing up on the wheel. The drop center is the line or groove machined inside the wheel. Chances are that you are dealing with a reverse mount wheel.
