Default distributor moving

i have a 99d16y8 into my 88hf crx...im using a obd1 distributor...i wired it up and it just cranks but wont turn over. plus i have no power to the fuel injectors. im using 91 si intake manifold so basicly obd0 injectors.

well when i crank the car the distributor moves like wobbles...like its pushin itself out from the motor...only two bolts are hooked up..im not getting any sparks from the cap..i think it might be the ignitor..i wont replace it yet because of the fact it moving...any reason why it would be moving when tryin to turn over?
