And there's 1 on each side, correct? How pricey do they usually cost?

Thank you for answering.

did you not look at the pictures. The mounts is ripped, thats why its not center. Check Out Jimfab he makes custom torque mounts, that is what they are called. worst come to worst you'll have to get used mounts that are not torn up and put in some Energy Bushing.

you just contradicted yourself. you wrote in caps "TORSION" one of the deffintion of that is 3 : the reactive torque that an elastic solid exerts by reason of being under torsion
so yes those mounts are also refer to as Torque mounts.
and no it does not sit perfectly center. on b-series it is pulled down ward. just to prove you wrong i'll go take some pictures of my car for ya tomorrow.

schlit is right

that mount should be centered even if its not bolted to the frame.

it does not hold the engine up, only absorbs front to rear movment from acceleration.

That is your Left Front Engine Mount. It is one of the mounts that provide stablilization, not so much weight bearing.

The question you should ask is why is the bolt not aligned with the center of the mount. You have some issues with either your frame or other mounts. You wont be able to easily replace it if its not aligned correctly.

Reference Helms 1996-2000 Civic manual page 5-11</TD></TR></TABLE>

thanks for the answers guys. i just needed a helms manual page#.

Yes, the bolt is not aligned straight and the rubber is torn. The car is a parts car. The engine is being pulled out and those mounts being replaced, and then dropped into a new frame.

Thank~
