ah i have the same **** problem, it will start, and slow act like its dying and then reach normal operating status, and once i give it gas it will decrease in rpm. And when im driving under 3000 rpm its slow as *****.

My theory- Im running rich due to bad intake temperature sensor. Maybe it is the same problem for j000

check if you have any codes.. also try cleaning the throttle plate and throttle body that could be a result of carbon build up, i mean it could be alot of things but give the cheap things a whirl first
