no 1st or 2nd gear

no 1st or 2nd gear
1991 crx si
tranny has 240k
on my way to work,it got real hard to shift. Got it in 1st and 2nd and it felt like ****. parked it. I just drained the oil and the oils clean. It wont go into 1st or 2nd but 3rd and up feel fine. Should I even bother refilling the oil?
I think it happened because I temporarily put 10w30 motor oil in the tranny this past weekend and the tranny couldnt handle it. Tranny might be shot and I dunno if its worth it to refill the oil if the gears are gone. Any SOLID ways of testing this?

yea its astock cable si tranny.
It wont go in 1st or 2nd and I cant tell if the shift linkage is bent cause im alone but it gets in the rest of the gears fine. Im extremely disapointed cause i ran 10w30 before no problem.
