craigslist.org...go to your city and wait for a guy to come up with the JDM front end...they sell it for cheap I got mine for 1000 EVERYTHING brand new, just non-hid but that'll change

 

the only difference on the (non-hid) is that they dont come with the lights or ballasts?

sir-g chrome housings are 1000, non hid type r is $1300ish and hid around 1700 if you do a little ebay shopping or call and heckle with the jdm importers.

this too, imo prices are headed south. the interest in this conversion has really taken a dive in the past year.

Wow! thats a helluva deal. Cheapest I have found it on is passwordjdm. I would just go with the SIR front end since it's alot cheaper.

 

 

^^^^ LOL!!!! ya right. there pricey as fu*k!!!!!!!. and from my experience they tried selling me "beat" and i mean "beat up" front end all dinged up, scratched, chipped. Headlights all hazy and scratched as well. they wanted (HID) way tooo much for the condition of the parts being offered.

If u want cheap..........get a fiberglass front end. But if ur sticking with all metal OEM try HMO or ur local japanese wrecking/import yard.

 

Torontojdm.com Just purchased and installed mine and looks great. Paid 1650 shipped for black housing HID's and lip. Cheapest I found after a hell of a lot of looking

 

N1Concepts.com, my cousing got his for $1200 non-hid w/ITR lip(they were having a sale on front ends) but regulary they sell them for $1400. Legit place been going there for 3 years and they always hook it up (just make sure you talk to Sherman) Haha!

 

when you buy a NON-HID front can you just add HID's or do you have to do other stuff?
