You've seen and heard about 9005 Silverstars a hundred times already, but I finally decided to pick some up last week. I took some pics tonight. Check em' out.

Sorry about the poor quality. That is the image hosting...not poor photography on my part.

Me too. Someone needs to leave a regular bulb in one side and then put the Silverstar in the other and take some pictures. I'd like to see the difference. My digi camera doesn't take dark pictures or I'd do it.

on this site, they say to put anyother o-ring on the 9005 bulb. i didn't, and mine fits good, but you might want to try that.

I put two o rings on mine, and it still seems kinda loose. I don't think they will come out though since you have to turn them in. I just check mine every so often.

I just did mine yesterday. Mine actually fit tight as it is and not loose at all.
I've used the Toucan EUROLITE 65w bulbs and they work great!!
I cannot believe the difference in light and how the beam pattern spreads to light up the whole entire road now.

Can anyone comment on the Eurolite bulbs???
here are a few pics:

I want to do the conversion with Silverstars, but does it really make a huge difference like you guys are saying? I converted my headlights with some cheap Hiper Industries bulbs I had laying around and it didnt seem that much better, so i'm just wondering if the $25 per bulb will really be worth it.
