there's no such thing as a b16 in a dx and no custom wiring.
plug & play is impossible, as far as the wiring goes....unless he bought an elaborate premade harness for you.
either way it should be able turn by the crank pulley bolt. i've heard of 'seized' engines breaking free and running well with a good yank

what i meant was we swapped a b16 first gen into a 91 hatch and plug and play was that we plugged everything in but didnt wire up for dual point or vtec yet he told me the crank wasnt turning...if u yank it too hard what are the consequences?
91 DX=DPFI
B16=MPFI
If you are trying to turn the key and crank it you won't be able to if you are trying to turn the motor by putting a wrench on the crank pulley then you have a problem...is the trans out of gear?? Does it move at all? A seized motor could be a few things...bent rod being possible the worste others could just be some rust in the cylinders from water leaking in...if its rust you could probably break it free if its only a little and should be ok, bent rod could lead to cracked sleeve/block...most motors come with start up garentee so if you can even get it to crank by hand you should get a new motor...
