Default help with changing tach... to usdm or jdm itr

my cluster is so screwed up right now lol when i hit 65mph it drops to fukin zero. also my gas needle fell off! wowwwwwwwww! so my question is if i were to get an itr tach (usdm or jdm) or even another gsr one, if i were to roll back the miles on it, would that break anything or effect it? cuz i only have 50k miles on everything and i dont want to have to remember how many i have and keep track of it, so i want to make it match...is this posilble? thankss

what you do is write in a piece of paper, when you install the cluster and calculate.. or you can try to roll it back.
