This a dumb question. I bought a '92 CX today, it has manual windows. I can take off the door panel (get it unclipped) but it's getting stuck on the window roll down lever, so I can't get it complete off.

The door lock is broke, so I need to get the panel off to fix it. How do I get the window roll down lever off? Thanks.

I know it's not for a Honda, but it's the same procedure.

i can vouch its true, i had to do the same for my door panels.

Yup..clip pulls right out. By the way, when installing it back up just place it over the plastic handle, align it with the metal piece and give it a quick tap. Don't try and place the clip after having installed the window handle onto the metal shaft. It will take you hours that way.
