3 ways to get a 4/5-point harness into a Sol, in (roughly) descending order of safety:
1) Full roll cage. Mount both upper rears onto roll cage.
2) Install a bar that runs between the OEM upper seatbelt mounts. Mount the 2nd upper belt(s) to this bar.
3) Fabricate a mount that will mate to the Sol's integral rear pillar/brace (the unibody structure to the rear of the removeable roof panel).
If you're installing the harness for anything other than looks, make sure you find out which method(s) your sanctioning body will accept. And try to get it in writing, so they can't waffle after you've got one installed.
