Default >>Wiring, connectors, confusion, etc. HELP!

I am doing a '96 B18 GSR/5-speed swap into my '93 Civic hatch, and have come across a couple of issues.

First of all, can anyone tell me where to find pinouts for the engine and chassis harnesses? I have found that I have an extra connector on the stock GSR engine harness I am using that does not plug in anywhere on the chassis harness. I want pinouts so I know where to cut/solder/modify the wiring, and need to know if there's an easier way to do this. I've looked at the VTEC walkthroughs here and none of them mention this problem.

Also, I was given an OBD1 H22a ECU with this motor and was told that it would work fine. Is this true, or do I need a P75/chipped ECU?

Any help or links would be appreciated, thanks for any contribution!

Quick edit: The engine harness is an OBDII, as is the engine ('96 GSR B18C1).

The ECU and the Chassis Harness are OBDI.

Okay, I've done some research and found that what I need to do is somehow wire my OBD2 engine/engine harness to my OBD1 ECU/ECU harness. Are there any kits for this, or will I have to do it all myself?

I woulduse the 96 harness and add the wires for vtec, knock, and IABs from the shocl tower to the ecu and get a obd 1 gsr ecu or a P28 and new manifold. the extra wire is prolly for abs.

no need to solider, only re-pin a couple wires

search the answers are already here somewhere.

where in Orlando are you from, I am a Native

I grew up in Winter Springs, kinda close to UCF.

You better secure your car down there
