SOME IDIOT BONDOES HAVE OF BACK BUMPER TO THE QUATER PANEL JUST THE 2 ENDS WHERE BOLTS UP NEED INFO
MY FRIEND HAS A PROBLEM HE BOUGHT A EG 4DOOR CIVIC OFF THESE RICERS THEY HAD DONE SOME WORK TO THE CAR SOME IDIOT BONDOED THE PART OF THE BUMPER THAT CONNECTS TO THE QUARTER PANEL ONLY ON THE END WHERE IT BOLTS ON TO I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU GUYS ON HERE HAVE SOME INFO OR BODY WORK EXPERIENCE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ANY INFO WILL BE GREATLY APRECIATED

What do you mean fix the problem?
To get the bumper off your going to need to either cut the body filler (or it should be some type of fiberglass then body filler). Its going to look like crap when its off. So you'll probably then have to grind/sand all the junk off the quarter panel, and bumper to get it back on and to look good. Its going to be more of a hassle than its really worth.
