Default best place to get ecu chipped???

I want to get it chipped but I'm not sure who to send it off to. In doing so will it remove the speed governor and rev limiter? When I get to 120 my rpm's are only at around 6 maybe and it always shuts down on me, well not shut down but it hits a limit. Also, how much for some of these places to chip it for me and what all is included? thanks fellas.

Hey guys, I've got a question. If I get a p28 ecu chipped for my itr, will it remove the air conditioning? My friend got a p28 ecu chipped for his gsr and he told me his a/c isn't working. WTF? We put back his p72 ecu and the a/c started working fine..........

most chips are race specs and do disable sensors, he most likly was running the Mugen or Skunk2 program which have the a/c removed as few other sensors

if you want a/c, get a stock ecu p30 ecu and add fuel pressure regulator

or keep the ecu P28 and rechip it, no a/c but you will make more power and not destroy the motor (p28 stock runs super lean on ITR and can destroy the motor)

eg6ajk i am looking at buying a b16 out of a del sol. It is going in a 90 civic and i am thinking of getting one of your chips. Which would you recommend? Also what sensors are disabled with which chips? I dont have ac or power steering or anything to worry about.

Adrian- Do you have a p28 chipped program that still retains the A/C ? I've always had this ecu laying around and a couple days ago some ********* broke into my car andtook a lot of stuff one being th ecu.

as far as recommendations, Mugen seems as the best power maker, but the gas mileage sucks, Spoon is good for all around driving, but conservative and very similiar to stock

as far as a P28 programs which retain A/C I cannot tell you haven't seen a hybrid with A/C yet....so I cannot test it on anything

Is there a good program that is in between the mugen and spoon? how bad is the gas mileage of the mugen program, and do you know how much more power it makes?
