i have a 95 civic hatchback cx. my ambers wont turn off even when the car is off. i start the car and try to turn on the headlights but the wont turn on, only the ambers still. the climate control lights and the cluster lights stay on too. i check all the fuses and everything. i don't know what the problem is.
