So I have had my car for about 4-5 months (92 Civic Hatch CX with D16Z6). During the warm weather at night I would turn on my headlights and everything would be fine, but during the cold weather for the past few months every time I would turn my headlights on my actualy headlights will come on but my cluster lights will not come on, neither will my corner lights or my tail lights. If i leave my car running for about 10 minutes all the lights will come on and I can also push the light control forward and if I hold it there it will turn on the rest of lights. I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not so I asked here before I go and tear up the dash looking for something wrong.
