9006 in DA JDM headlights?
i have jdm headlights for my DA and i wanted to pick up hids and i was wondering if 9006 are same/about the same size bulbs? cause it's too hard to find someone with h4h bulbs. thanks
Please, do NOT put HIDs in a reflector headlight that were not designed for HIDs. The output will be overwhelming directly in front of hte car, washing out the foreground and reducing your visibility, and will blind oncomming traffic with glare. Especially in rhd headlights.
this sounds totally rediculous, but i went into kragen and asked them to order them for me. they looked them up in a book and found them for me. $28 dollars shipped in two days.

Ordered what for you? You certainly aren't getting an HID setup for $28. It sounds as if he just ordered you a set of ricer "HID look" bulbs, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're the wrong size when the arrive, since H4H bulbs are not all that easy to find here in the US.

people on here act like they are the missing link, they are at autobac, ricer stores, ebay, and passwordjdm.com sells them. their getting more popular, you just need to look.

I didn't say they were impossible to find (I'm assuming you're referring to H4H halogen replacement bulbs), just not commonly available at typical local auto parts stores, and employees who are not familiar with the size could potentially confuse them rather easily with standard H4 bulbs when placing an order. This thread was also discussing HID setups, and therefore it seemed as if you were stating that you had ordered an H4H HID kit from Kragen for $28, which obviously wasn't the case.
