I cant find the cable up at the top, it looks like there was a stopper on one side of the cable and the cable stopper snapped off?? I guess it is as i thought, my cable is still good and i can hook it back up? Is there a reason for why this popped off?

yes it goes through the hole and should have a stopper at the end of the cable. then the whole thing should hook on to the peddle itself. if it doesn't stay i'd suggest getting another or a new shifter cable

The cable has a screw on the end that goes through the hole and then has a nut or cable stop on the end of it. Just find the end of hte cable and reattach it.

If your in europe and already have a EE with a b16, and it came like that basically, then just get the one for that car over there, it should be the same as a 90/91 integra clutch cable over here in length since they fit better for adjustment of the clutch.
