Default Best civic ever?

What years were the "best" civics made? I am just looking for overall opinions.

my opinion. the 94,95 civic dx. they weight just as much as the 92-95 cx but with the 94,95 civic dx, you get a bit bigger gas tank and AC. but if you dont care for those, than any 92-95 civic cx are great. very lightweight. only other civic i can think of that weight less are the 88-91 but not much people like those look. also these years can be fitted with a lot of different motor swaps. so overall i think the 92-95 civics is good for weight, performance, and looks.

vote for 92-95 cause they are light and hopefully be exempted from emissions soon!

em1 or for some reason i am partial to ek hatches with si front ends however pretty much any civic with a good setup and a knowledgable tuner i'll probably like and ofcourse it would have to have nice aesthetic appeal

i think the best civic has to be the 92-95 coupes. They look great, handle great and are very easy to swap. Plus i like how OBD-1 is easier to work with.

Ek hatches are so ugly when compared to the eg hatch, but thats me.
