CEL Help: 00' DC4 with B18C5 code 91
code 91 Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow
what da hell is that?? can someone tell me how to fix this plz....
it shows up almost everyday when cold start in the morning..

i would check the condition of the evap system componenets..
the evap purge solenoid, charcoal canister etc...
maybe one of the two are clogged or maybe a bad connection with the plugs?
just throwing out some ideas

i recently bought the used 98' EVAP and installed in my teg.. did knwo which wire goes to which side so i just switch them around.. do you think that would be the cause?
