Default h22 del sol rebuild

ive got a 97 h22 that is goin into a 93 del sol and i want to rebluid the head what is the best stuff to use and are 12.1 pistons good and do i need a t3/t4 turbo for this engine or should i get a t4 anyhting anone nos bout this tell me it all

As far as the best "stuff" to use, I would say car "stuff" is probably your best bet. If you need an answer that is a bit more tecnical, you may want to try the search button in the upper right hand corner.
