Seized banjo bolt/ SS brake line HELP!

Seized banjo bolt/ SS brake line HELP!
as the title says my brake line is seized in the rears, the 10MM banjo bolt is near stripped on both sides.
Is there anything I could use to get it off??? Im trying to sell my civic asap and this is really hurting the process. I read old threads about using torches but I am not sure how well it would work?

how the hell could you have stripped that? its a bolt! its not like the flarenuts! 6 point impact socket + lube + impact gun + crossing fingers?
