Need help bad d-series

I need to know what it would take to put a 90 d-series motor in to my 98 civic with a bad motor?

the tranny from the 90 is cable, yours is hydraulic other than that just change all the 1990 parts with your 98 parts, dizzy,alt,injectors,etc and your good to go
