Getting pulled over in OAKLAND by this Police Car.....

ONLY IN OAKLAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Went to the Oakland Art and Soul Festival last week to see Goapele' In concert..

Came across this and thought I'd share it with you...

they were hyping that festival up this year, hella commercials and ****. but yea i remember when i was a kid there was a cop car at the chinatown streetfest and he would hit the switches in that bitch with hella kids in there. i don't think it had gold ones though.
