stock fpr psi

Does anyone know the pressure for a stock d16z6 fpr? I need to check to see if mine is in good running condition.

Accordng to my manual, idle is 28-36 psi on all of the d16's '96-'00. Don't know if this helps since yours is a z6, but I would think it would be the same. Any back-up on this would be appreciated.
