Default FPR problem....forgot my setting LOL

Hey guys, here is the situation....I put on a fuel pressure gauge a while ago recorded the pressure and then put on my AEM FPR and adjusted it to what it was reading with the stock FPR. Well....soon after I installed a Walbro 190 L/hr pump and had the car tuned. Ok...good so far.

Well...lets go ahead 2 years............................................. ....................

I found my FPR was not sealing good so I rebuilt it. I turned my car on after the rebuild and realized I had 60 psi at idle. I did not mess with the screw and I know it was not that high before. I was wondering if there is a quick fix to this change in fuel pressure. I would just stick the stock FPR back on and record the number, but now I have -AN fittings and that is impossible. I don't wanna go back on the dyno if I don't have to............
Anyone got an idea of what fuel pressure i would have with the stock regulator and a Walbro 190. BTW...it is an LS.

40-45psi with the vacuum hose connected should be perfectly fine.
