Default ok i need some help here

i have a jdm gsr block right i measure it today an it was 80mm.. does anyone i here have a build jdm gsr block here let me know plz.

did u use ur fingers to measure than put it up to a ruler? gsr bore is 81mm. trust me, honda wouldnt have made 1 special 80mm bore just for u. sorry

i measured the block too...but it was hard to get the yardstick to turn the corners and get in all the crevices. maybe cuz i had 2 much or not enough


no but seriously what part of the block did you measure ?

okie smart asses ight i measured the block with tht mearuring crap an the measurement were 80.52 something. idk so no matter wut jdm usdm are 81mm.
but the mesuaring thing was sayin 80 something right. so do i get 81 mm pistons then they wont fit idk. this is my first time building a block

Just get some 80mm something pistons and you will be fine.

took the word right out of my mouth. well if the measuring crap thingymobober said 80.52 u might wanna contact je or arias and have the make u some 80.52mm pistons. cause it doesnt look like 81 mm are gonna fit. look like u are blessed by the honda gods. u my friend are a lucky man. im thinking about taking the measuring crap thingymobober and measuring my b20, i hope its like 82.4367898876376879851790874 mm. would be AWESOME

dude i always thought gsr were 81mm this one is a jdm block an is 80mm with something

So I'm gonna assume, though you should NEVER assume, that you're measuring the bore of the cylinder walls correct?

yea i measure the bore right isnt tht wut i need to measure ok ill measure it again on monday an i tell u the measurement tht thing gives me.
