im having alot of problems with all the electrical stuff on the car and i dont know **** about wires, i just get lost in them. but my cars didnt want to start a while ago and it ended up being just to wires that wer disconected and i conected them, and it ran. but now it wont start again and i know its a electrical problem does any one have any idia wats wrong, i just wont click to turn on, the lights go on and everything but i just wont start. its all the wires under the stearing wheel. i was thinking of replacing them all. it starts when we push start it. it also happened right after i poped my tire in a short race, which i lost.

haha thats funny. does it crank at all? or it cranks but wont start? maybe its your starter if you can push start it. or the ignition switch like you were saying.

 

Check the starter soleniod wire on the starter mine has fallen off once.

Damn cheap connectors...

 

you misght be right do u have any idia how to test the started if it works, i dont think its ignition cause i just got it fixed, u cant hear no engine noise, just the normal noises before the engine starts.

 

You can test your starter by touching both of the connections with a screwdriver. If the car is on and you touch both connections then your starter will turn if the starter motor is good. Also on my old 89 hf, my car would push start but every once in a while it would start by the key. It was the ignitor in the distributor.
