Wheel bearing assembly

I have a 00 SI and i want to do a 5 lug conversion. I was wondering if the USDM ITR wheel hub assembly would fit on my car? Or would i have to actually get everything to convert it? Any help would be apperciated!

I believe the front hubs will work, but the main issue is the rears.

5lug isn't worth it. Unless you take it IDB from the appearance / cosmetic kids.
