Get the cheaper one or even find an Exedy stage 1 on eBay for $90. Same as stock. If you're not going to upgrade the motor, you don't need to upgrade the clutch.

I would get the cheaper of the two. There really is no reason to get an upgraded clutch for a stock engine.

And yes you do need to get new bearings. Throwout and pilot and since you're in there, get the flywheel resurfaced. You also might want to look into Exedy organic clutches. They are complete kits (bearings, disc, and pressure plate) I'm not sure if ACT clutches are like that.

Maybe I misunderstood your PM. Follow the above advice. I thought you were referring to the tranny's internal bearings.

If you reuse the pressure plate, I suggest you at the very least get it resurfaced. Even then I don't recommend reusing it.

As far as the bearings, if you haven't replaced them since you bought the car I would highly recommend you replace them. If you don't you run the risk of one of them going out on you. So spend the extra $40 or so on new bearings. Unless you enjoy taking your tranny on and off multiple times.

What do you mean "can I use that?" Can you use the tranny? or Can you use the stock bearings?

They are both good clutches, buy whichever has the better deal.
