stupid suspension question
ok so i have progress springs that im putting on tokico illuminas.
since there just springs i need to compress them to put them on, well the spring compressor i have from autozone wont work, the "hook" (i guess you would call it) is to big and wont fit between the coils, and its to short to do it from the bottom and top, i also thried there coil spring compressor that goes on the inside of the spring, but again it was to big and wouldnt fit in the middle. so any ideas?
im not a suspension noob, ive done mulitpy suspension setups helping out friends and on my past cars etc, but ive never had this problem?
heeeelp me please!

you should be able to install the progress springs with just your own weight. have a friend help you. the rears you should have absolutely no problem with.
this is NOT going to be true trying to put STOCK front springs on.
dont forget to clock the top hat properly before putting the nut on.
