Default Should I be making more power than this???

Finished the rebuild a couple of months ago, and got it tuned. It was on a dynapack Pro v5 1.6 I get great gas mileage now (around 28-32) but sometimes its really jerky on and off throttle. Here is a dyno chart. They didnt print me an air/fuel graph, and the torque says 120, but thats at like 1200 rpm???? it never gets above 115 at 6500??? Max hp 172.5 Ive seen all stock itrs put down more than that. Any help is appreciated. Id hate to think i paid that much for a crappy tune.

MODS
-srp 81.5mm 11.5 :1 forged pistons on stock rods
-resurfaced head w/ 3 angle valve job
-stock itr cams and crank
-comptech icebox intake
-stock header, test pipe to N1 cat back
-tuned with hondata s200

I can barely see the printout of your dyno sheet....

scan it....

The peak numbers you are describing are very low.
Complete a compression & leakdown test on the motor.

i have a very similar build to ur motor. A couple of things that are completely killing ur set up is the stock cams and header. I would definatly try to invest in a good set of stage 2 cams and a good flowing header.
I'm running same compression and bore, however i do have a ported head, cams, header, exh etc.
i'm also tuned off of 91 oct gas and hondata s200
i tuned on a dynopack 227/150 tq (open velocity stack) and also made 205/137 on a dynojet street setup.

i think u should get some parts and retune to really see the full potential of your motor.
good luck

thanks a lot for the input . They are next on my list, but as you know i'm sure, a good set of cams requires a good set of springs and retainers, and also a good quality header. Im probably looking at north of $1700 with another tune. I guess ill have to be slow until then.

just for a head up...look into Peak performance cams and valvetrain. I would highly recommend them....there stage 2P cams are awesom and they also have dual vavlesprings and Ti retainers. As far as header goes....try to find a used smsp style or knock off header. well worth it when it comes to budget builds. 1700 range sounds about right..good luck on ur search
