im looking to trade my eg on a teg or prelude from before 1992,
which preludes have the 4 wheel steering?

Also 3rd gens had the option. And it was an Option in the 4th gens.

 

Any year 3rd gen had optional mechanical 4WS, and 92/93 4th gen had electronic 4WS

3rd Gen Preludes (88-91) had a mechanical 4WS system, as well as 4th Gen Preludes (only 92-94). 4th Gens were electronic 4WS. They dropped 4WS in the US after 94 because sales were low.
