I am going to be pushing over 400hp with merely pistons rods and valvetrain.
CP 9:1 Pistons
Eagle big bolt rods
full JG valvetrain
with a fresh bore and balance and micropolished crank.
I think this is the minimal you would want to push over 400hp.
Mine is a GSR though, with a little more boost you should be able to do the same on an LS.
so to answer your questions you are going to need atleast a good set of rods and bearings,to go with those JE piston and you may want to get a valvetrain. I would also replace your used headstuds with some ARP. There are many ways to make the same amount of HP though, this is just the route im going.
Are you still running the stock fuel pump and injectors? If so you'll definately have to upgrade those. Atleast a walbro 255 HP and maybe some large injectors, i'm running precision peak and hold 780cc's

is your turbocharger that you have on your motor good through 500hp or will you have to upgrade,what manifold,downpipe do you have

how much psi is ok for long driving witout motor damage..
over high boost i need more engine upgrade ..angle pluel +1 Pistons and more
i drive low boost psi like 11 psi-0,8 bar and engine run over 15tkm 15.000 miles?
i have a turbo HEAD GASKET and other parts like walbro pump 255-440ccm rc injectors.
i hear ecu correctly neu programming is importantly...
how much psi is ok for long driving witout motor damage..
