Default durability of honda automatic tranny in EF's?

So my 91 Civic sedan has about 330, 000KM's on it. Previous owner (original owner) was family man and never abused it by driving it hard or crashing the car into things.

I just changed the tranny oil and its a still a nice light red color and it didn't smell at all.

I changed it with Dexron III auto tranny oil and I drove it for about 100km's and then changed it again so I could at least try to get as much of the old oil out. There were barely any metal filings stuck the end of the drain plug. Suprising for a super high mileage car.

Anyone here know what the approximate life of a hondamatic tranny is?

If I don't abuse it should it last a very very long time?

Thanks
