Door Piece Removal

I was wondering how you remove the red piece from the door panel. I have 2 tone, and am going to be swapping my tan piece out for another one from a totaled car. Just wondering how you do it?

Probably have to take the panel off and undo the clips from the back.

Thats how the 4th gen inserts work, I am sure the 5th gens are very similar!

probally has those little melted plastic clips on the back, just heat em up and break em, then go get a plastic welder, or use hot glue to get it back into place.
