i've tried searchin some but can't really find decent answer. i have a 97ex sohc with auto tranny and i'm looking to boost around 5-6lbs. How well do the auto tranny's hold up. this will be my daily driver and just want the extra boost for fun on the streets. would a t3 be better than a t4? i was thinkin of going with a bigger turbo so that it only boost when i'm in higher rpm's and i won't kill my car on daily driving. thx for all of the help in advanced.

 

I doubt you searched because I answered 3 threads the past week on the same exact subject.

 

The Honda auto trannies don't hold up very well. "T3" and "T4" are just flange sizes. You definately don't want a "bigger" turbo.

A basic greddy kit would suit your needs very well.
