What type of sound? scraping, knocking, rattling, grating, grinding? Is it during normal turning speed, low speed, high speed?

i was gonna try to explain this in my initial post, but i was gonna go get a final judgement after i drove it around a bit more . so its at about 10mph.. so i guess slow / medium speed.. like if i were to put alot of pressure on my suspensin but doing a u turn at a normal speed.. or were to make a left turn while going up a hill..
the sound sounds like a knocking noise.. or sounds like coil over noise.. u know the noise u get when it sounds as if the coil overs are compressing?

I've heard knocking noises coming out of a suspension before, its usually the upper mount being too loose, like if the two 14mm nuts up top are not tightened.
It could also be excessive movement in the control arms or knucke shifting around due to busted bushings and balljoints. What sort of condition are you bushings in, how old are they? If they are all worn out, that could allow lots of unwanted motion in a corner.

ic. ill try tightening the 14mm nuts. but can my suspension be installed backwards? i think its coming from the RIght side suspension when i turn left. my bushings are OEM stock so maybe they are worn out.. i only replaced my axles and suspension thast it.

Unless they come with brake line brackets, most aftermarket coilovers can fit either side of the car (left or right), so that should not be an issue.
You're correct, when you turn the car left you will load the right side of the car, particularly the front, and so that might be causing whatever is wrong at that corner to start making noises.
If you have time, I would recommend getting the car up in the air with the wheel off and see if anything is out of the ordinary, and make sure you followed the installation instructions correctly. Despite what some people think, coilovers are not a drop-in and go type of mod, and with all the nuts and bolts involved, its easy for a first timer or inexperienced user to miss something during the install, or install something incorrectly.
Is the sound just one knock? Like "thud" and thats it? If so, you might be too low and something is bottoming out.

na it sounds like a clunk clunk clunk. na im not new to intsall coil overs, just sayin that when me and my friend was doing my motor swap recently, i took out the whole suspension just to take a look at it and i bolted it back up but was just wondering if i had bolted it up wrong ie backwards.. well first off imma see if the bolts are tightened.. then if it was then imma take it up and remove the suspension and put it in the other way and hopefully that will stop the noise.

Oh thats right, you had posted in another thread about this right?
If you took those front forks off, then its possible you put those in backwards, because one side is arched out further to accomodate the axle. Check that, maybe its rubbing.

yeah. so lets say it is put in backwards. have i hurt anything really ? just my tire a little right? i didnt damage any shocks or nothing. but yeah i just remove my tire and check to see if my suspension is rubbing? theres no arrow or anything to show which way its suppose to go in correctly?

look in this picture:

The left side of the picture if the front of the car, right side if the picture is the front. The front side arches out slightly further to accomodate the axle.

That picture above is depicting the how the driver side should look like when shock + fork is fully assembled. Notice the 14mm bolt also, on both sides the head of that bolt should always be facing toward the rear of the car.
Also, i'm wondering where you got that spacer! I've never noticed it in my kits that I buy, was that custom or is that something that Koni offers? -koshi 8)

that spacer is the oem brake line bracket on the cars thats on the shocks. Not really needed in my opinion, thats what a couple zip ties are for. Plus you can mount the shock lower into the fork to gain some piston travel.

it CAN be that my Intercooler is hitting against my car because it isnt welded on, just zip tied.. but iono if it can be the case.. if so i would hear it while i was going straight and 1st gear while it vibrates but nope, only when i turn left and when i accelerate.. PLEASE HELP
Aah, remanned axles. Not sure how good NAPA is, but Vatozone reman axles can be hit or miss. Double check yours, and make sure you didn't pop out that tripod joint (or whatever its called) during installation, and make sure it was pushed all the way into the tranny and the hub.,
