springs and shocks for civic
hey i was wondering what kind of springs and shocks would be good for my 97 civic coupe. i dont want the car to be too low, maybe no lower than 1.8. prices under $400 for the set. and how low can the car be without camber kits? thanks

Get Tein S-Tech springs and you won't need shocks or camber kits. Shouldn't be more than $150 shipped from eBay and it'll lower you about 1.75 all around

wouldnt it be better to get shocks? is it more safe to just put the camber kits on anyways because i really dont want the tires to get worned out

The S-Techs are designed to work with mostly stock components. If you want to get some borderline decent shocks, look into KYB GR2's or Tokico Blues. You don't need a camber kit, but you will need an alignment.
