Hey i was wondering if anyone is rockin the Recaro Style Seats made by NRG. Are they any good? I know they're pretty cheap and i've seen a few people with them but i was wondering if the quality is decent and if they're comfortable. Also how hard are they to fit into an EK? And please don't post about how amazing recaros are, because i don't have that kind of money. If you do and you love your recaros, then congratulations; don't post.

 

I had to make a custom bracket for his car (99 coupe) and after fitting and going for a ride they were nice but the backsupport would have bugged me on long trips (anything over an hour). Also the sliders werent the best. Other then that its a cool seat.

 

i heard the nrg's are the ****, but the normally supplied rails suck the big D

 

what was so bad about the back support? How was the side bolstering? Did you *** get sore from them? Did they recline normally?

 

The back support had no lumber support, it was like straight instead of curved, never uncomfortable (well for me anyway), good for a drag car not for a daily. Sides were fine, *** didnt hurt, bottom cushion was fine. And they reclined normally.
