b16 jumped timing i think?

b16 jumped timing i think?
hey wats good i got a 99 si wit a b16a2 i/h/e. i was racing went from third to second doin 80 mph (dont ask me how i did it but w/e) so it revved out to 10.5klol yea. so ever since then my valves have been gettin worse like there there bent and i touched my timing belt and its mad loose like flappin around.my friend said he thinks i jumped timing. so wat the hell do i do now pull the head and check thevalves n **** or just try and retime it ? h its getting worse day by day so some one plz help me thanks
