???So the first thing I do is remove the steering wheel and check the Cable Reel for any damage. None visible so I open it up and the reel is not broken/torn. Close it back up and reinstall. Then I sit back and wonder. What to check next...??

SRS light is off and never turns on, bought my car like this and now realize the airbag does not work, don't really care about the cruise as I don't have the Cruise Module under the hood installed. For the horn, for the time being, I am running a grounded switch directly to the horn, when I need it Switch is on. I want to fix the car up and don't know were to look into. Plus removing the whole dash is a bitch if you're not knowing what to look for. Any suggestions/help?? Car is daily driven, so down time is very limited.
Searched, a lot of material, but didn't come up with anything useful. Thanks
