Default finished my first swap, and some more pics...EJ2 coupe

finished my b16a2 swap with a buddy last week. Took only about 1 day of work to get the old motor out and new one in (and with help from 2 other guys to line it up)..then 3-4 days..plus the downtime after.. with all the "little things"..nothing special here but im happy with the result.

what it started with

pic i was sent with of new motor i was buying, a little dirty maybe? haha

old motor out

new motor cleaned...and installed

the car

and screwing with PS

and thats that

thanks...well first off the PS was not being taken out, i wanted it in the car. The A/C is a bit of a story, but i couldnt get the p54 bracket fast enough so i tried using the p30 one just to hold the compressor there until i could get it. Had trouble getting the compressor bolted up to it..decided to fool around with the brackets holding the ac lines to get more manouverability...one of those lines was the charge line (i was tired...hahaha)..and the refrigerant shot out everywhere...so its gone.

I've never understood the reasoning for taking out the p/s on a daily driven car (when it came with it originally)...**** using effort to turn corners!

thanks for the comments everyone, no flames yet..im waiting though haha
