Default Thinking of letting the R go for a RSX

well My R will be out of service for over 3 months at the dealer. they gave me a option of a RSX type S.

I am considering it, because my Type R has had alot of problems. and now I think it would be nice for a differant car.

So i am just tossing the Idea around, thought I would share

DC-5 is pretty sweet, I wouldn't mind having one. Of course I would need the black inner housing headlights and the R Wing.

I've driven both pretty exstensively, and although it's quick, the car is completely different IMO.

my buddy has a type s and it has potental. Although its more along the lines of a civic than a integra. The type R is a far better car. if you plan to get a rsx your looking at a lot of work.

Aren't there several companies coming out with turbos for the RSX?

the R is irreplaceable by anything that Acura can offer you, short of an NSX...

But if you look at the statute information I gave you, they CAN (according to state law) give you a FULL REFUND...

just think of having that much money for M3 mods

well If I get my money back then what. I dont know what I want to do. but the type R has been far from reliable.

I have had the tranny replaced under warenty,

the 2 front seats replaced under warrenty

and now I am getting a new short block under warrenty

The R is a great car I have had 2 of them. but I think this car is a lemon. so I dont want it anymore. and I REFUSE to drive a car that someone else has drove. so that means no Type R.

If I get my money back I can get a RSX type-S, CL or TL type S, or a wrx(but i dont really want a suburu, because the closest dealer is over a hour and a half away)

its not like I want to get rid of the R, but when the warenty goes I dont wanna throw done alot of coin for matenance.

but like I said I am just tossing idea's around

Since you have the ultimate driving machine coming your way, I would just get a lux cruiser. TL-S
