new time for the turbo R
ran the r at the last import event on friday night and got a new personal best of 11.61@130mph running 8.5psi of air in the 225/50/15 drag radials.
i tried to better myself the next run but my clutch slipped the rest of the way down the track, i guess 5 years on the same pressure plate is the limit for me.
the car is getting traction right at the top of 2nd gear. i was running 517hp and 351tq at 23psi
heres the slip

i was planning on borrowing my friends slicks but since my clutch and tires dont want to work together anymore thats out of the question(at least for this year).

thanks Chris, i really really wanna try to get to the expo and not lean on the fence this time. i just gotta change a couple things first(suspension, tires, boost level etc)

it was a 2nd gen awd eclipse. on paper he was quicker of the line but in real life it was even off the line because he fell asleep at the light.

thanks, im reving to 8500rpms. and i'll hit the 9000rpm revlimiter coming through the traps at the top of 4th gear.
